Whilst ALLP's approach is in harmony with therapeutic justice, the firm recognises that not every case can be resolved without a Court hearing.
Hearings [trials] are conducted before a Judge and can be stressful and emotional and we consider it part of our responsibility to guide and support you through the entire process. We will explain the procedures to you, the issues and provide you with an assessment of the Court's likely direction based on previous judgements in cases of similar merit.
